Talented Afro-pop singer Waliyah is looks chic and classy in this hot monochrome number! The singer who is currently on a campaign trail for her latest single
‘Nonsense’,stopped by radio station Metro 97.7 FM in Lagos yesterday on the morning show with On Air Personalities Rex and Valerie. In the track ‘Nonsense’, Waliyah calls out “Okunrin Oshi” (Stupid men in Yoruba) and the song refers to the things they do. “It’s a feisty, light hearted song and not meant to be that serious.” Waliyah just wanted to sing about what she sees happening in the society and the fact that there are lots of “no good” men in Nigeria getting away with cheating, infidelity and all sorts of bad behaviour! She continues, “this song is for everyone it has a nice beat but the lyrics are primarily with my ladies in mind.” ‘Nonsense’ was written by Waliyah and *K9*, it is produced by one of Nigeria’s
top Producers- *Leriq.* For her radio appearance at Metro 97.7 FM, Waliyah opted for a monochrome print
cut-out long sleeves cropped top which she paired with a pencil midi skirt.
She styles up her chic and classy look with white pointed sling back kitten heelspumps and white retro sunglasses. She completed her look with curly bohemian hairwhich cascades down her shoulders and simple make up consisting of red lips that gives her look a pop of colour!
